Hi hi... Im bac~ lol.. ^@^ Church Lantern Festival... Lantern making competition... FUH~ Its reli not easy... N i dun even know how i got the idea... its sara hu said rubik's cube.. that time i remembered i said no.. but dunno y i suddenly got the idea - draw pics n make them as the faces of the cube! n then off i went thinking and discussing a prototype wit sara.. thank God i got an idea now.. n for me, its cool~ ^@^ so dat was Monday.. i dun have much time left.. commit to God~
Tuesday
I managed to form a small group (sean,sara,melvin,daniel)... but 2day, only sean n sara can come.. n im not gonna force melvin n daniel to come..plus, melvin got his exam coming.. I went to the shop n buy mahjong paper n headed to church.. there, v started drawin 9 boxes on a mahjong paper.. its reli reli reli not easy.. it took me a long time to draw 9 boxes on each mahjong paper.. meanwhile sara started drawing... draw draw draw.. right from 3.30 till bout 8... 2day was out of schedule.. i still need to draw bout 2 more pics.. paint them.. form the skeleton of the cube using wires... stick the paper to the skeleton.. make place to put the candle (i still dunno how)... hang it up (i roughly got the idea... but can it works???)... can i finish in time???
Wednesday
2day i gotta catch up with the time.. i lost a lot yesterday.. hope 2day will b on schedule.. Melvin n daniel said they will b coming... BUT got prob! i got choir prac.. 3 to 5... oh no.. how how how? Fuh... calm down.. at last, i had to ask them to cont making the lantern n i will join them at 5.. 4 sumtin if possible.. i reached church at 5 sumtin.. melvin had to go d... sara n sean n daniel was trying to draw the 'gap' pic.. its a gap between sinners n God.. n there will b a cross in between... we took a long time doing dat... after dat, we tried to shape the cube using wires.. need to make 3 cuboids..then combine them to form a cube ( i still dunno how to combine effectively )... v had to call it a day at 8 sumtin.. cos its already very dark n v need to have dinner.. 2day, good thing everything's on schedule back.. Thank God..
Thursday
Left one more day! 2day is sara's birthday.. but still she said she will come to help.. 2day i will only have sean n sara n melvin... sean will b late cos he hav st john meeting.. i went to buy manila cards.. then 3.30 reached church.. saw sara on the way... then melvin came.. then... where are the wires???? its wit SEAN! so i went wit melvin to his house.. i cycled n melvin rode his motorcycle.. back to church, i was already sweatin.. sara continue paintin while melvin n i shape the cube... at last, sean came n cont painting wit sara... melvin got to go early cos got tuition.. sean then replace me to shape the lantern cos its reli hard.. my hands felt so painful.. after finish painting, we sat down n try to think how to combine it n make it sort of spin... think think think.. till sean n i was lying on the kitchen floor... at last, i got an idea n started doing.. its reli reli reli difficult.. at last, 8 sumtin reached... 2day we finished painting the papers n 2moro we will have to paste it to the cuboid... at home, i finished shaping the whole thing.. Thank God! Hallelujah!
Friday
The last day... Melvin said he can come.. but due to some prob.. he cant come.. sara n daniel too.. so left me n sean... he came to my house at bout 1 sumting... then we try to fix the cube a bit n find ways to hang it... We went to church at 2.30... there, we paste the papers to the lantern.. finally, we finished at 4 sumtin... we took some pics.. sean need to go at 5... we sat down n tried to think ways to put the candles.. we tried several ways n at last, i got an idea! i cycled home to get the papers n made them into waster paper boxes.. then sean paste them to cds n put candles on top... so faz...its 5.. sean got to go.. n now left me only.. i have 3 hours left.. me n sead had done one... n i still have 11 more boxes to paste to 11 cds n 11 candles to put on 11 cds... one hand wit cellophane tape, one hand wit boxes, i paste n paste n paste.. n PTL! i finished! at 6.. i still have 2 more hours... so i went bac to take a bath... then back to church...

Well.. so dats all.. wat i wan to say is... especially to my team members... though my team only got consolation prize... like wat kenneth said, wat more important is the process... the effort we put in.. the time we used... the fun we had... the laughters we had.. we are a team.. n im proud to have u guys in my team.. u guys are the best... multi-purpose... draw... paint... paste.. shape... stick... connect... anything dat i request... ^@^... And praise the Lord for He had guide us through the whole process... So all the glory to the Lord!
